Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of residential property transactions from instruction to post completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity to ensure a seamless process for clients.
• Work as part of a team and also operate independently to progress files.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain accurate file documentation.
