Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion in its West Yorkshire offices, with autonomy to own your clients and transactions. The role covers freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new-build or shared ownership matters, with time, support and resources to deliver excellent client care.

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong client communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and related matters.
• Review titles, raise/enquire, and manage exchange and post‑completion work.
• Deliver excellent client service with autonomy and collaboration.
