Job summary

Clayton Legal has a well-established Leeds-based law firm client seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join the Residential Conveyancing team. The role suits someone with experience in residential conveyancing who wants to develop within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.

You will assist fee earners, progress transactions, communicate with clients, and liaise with third parties while balancing multiple priorities. On-site parking is available and there are clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience within a law firm.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.
• Progress residential property transactions.

• Ensure matters progress efficiently within timescales.
• Provide general administrative and conveyancing support to the team.
