Job summary

Current opportunity in Cheltenham for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate/Senior Associate. You will manage own caseload, handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions, while developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, strong technical knowledge, and proven ability to generate new business, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE or equivalent in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Established following or network in the field.
• Proactive, commercially minded and client focused.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling residential sales and purchases.
• Dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Managing remortgages and shared ownership matters.
• Handling lease extensions.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships.
• Developing existing relationships and generating new business.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the residential conveyancing team.
• Using case management systems and modern conveyancing technology effectively.
