The successful Solicitor, Legal Executive or licensed conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, handling roughly 25 to 30 new files each month. Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions, sound client care and the ability to prioritise a busy workload are essential.

Full-time, part-time and flexi-time arrangements are available, alongside hybrid remote working.
