Sills & Betteridge LLP is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion, acting as the main contact for clients, estate agents and lenders. The role emphasises high-quality advice and efficient progression in line with regulatory standards.

You will manage your own portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, taking transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties, providing clear, practical advice and ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in line with regulatory and quality standards.
The successful candidate will be technically strong across residential conveyancing and comfortable managing both complex transactions and challenging client situations professionally.
We would particularly like to hear from Residential Conveyancers, Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, Legal Executives and Residential Property Lawyers.
You should have proven residential conveyancing experience and be confident managing matters from instruction through to completion. You will also need strong client-care and communication skills, excellent organisation, good attention to detail and confidence working within a regulated legal environment.
A Licensed CLC Lawyer qualification or equivalent recognised professional qualification is required.
Experience supervising or delegating work to a conveyancing assistant would be advantageous.
