Job summary

RecruitME in Sheffield is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a full residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, acting as a primary contact for clients, estate agents and lenders while ensuring timely, compliant progression of transactions.

You should have proven experience in residential transactions, strong technical knowledge, excellent client-care and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a supportive conveyancing team.

We’re recruiting for an experienced conveyancing professional to join an established and highly regarded legal practice, managing a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion.

You should have:

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will independently manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

You will act as a key contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other parties, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of client care and compliance.
