Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company is recruiting a Conveyancer to join its Sheffield team. The role involves managing a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold work, within a supportive, well-established firm.

You will keep clients and third parties updated, prepare documentation, and ensure smooth progression to completion, while delivering a high standard of client care and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Background as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client focused approach.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
