Job summary

Clayton Legal is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer for a long-established law firm with strong presence across Merseyside and North Cheshire. The role is full-time and initially office-based, moving to hybrid after probation.

You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders, and ensure smooth transactions from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience, and be a qualified

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or FCILEx with at least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Part-qualified candidates working towards qualification considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files efficiently and compliantly.

Role: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Merseyside & Cheshire / Hybrid working

Salary: £32,000 to £50,000

Position: Full time, permanent role

My client, a long-established and growing law firm with a strong presence across Merseyside, North Cheshire, and the surrounding areas, is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their award-winning Conveyancing team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and committed conveyancer to join a firm known for its client-focused approach, strong reputation, and supportive working culture. The role will initially be fully office-based, moving to a hybrid working arrangement following successful completion of probation.

The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload while delivering high standards of client care within a busy and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and colleagues to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

The firm is keen to speak with qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or FCILEx professionals with at least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience. Part-qualified candidates actively working towards qualification will also be considered.
