We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join an established legal team based in the Wirral area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional who is confident managing their own caseload and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to clients.
You will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion, with the opportunity to handle commercial property matters where appropriate. Your caseload will include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, working closely with clients and other parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and professionally.
