Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer in Warwickshire for a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days at home. You will handle your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion in a supportive team.

Candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing and be comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision while delivering excellent client care and building relationships with clients and referrers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to build relationships with clients and referrers.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, refinances.
• Assist with transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership matters.
• Work with supportive property team and leadership.
