Job summary

eNL is seeking aResidential Conveyancer in Coventry. With a 5+ years PQE requirement, you will manage a diverse residential file load, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, ensuring compliant, timely progression and high standards of client care, with optional hybrid working and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified conveyancer or solicitor with relevant conveyancing experience.
• Strong client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Oversee lease extensions, new builds, and shared ownership files.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain high standards of client care.
• Liaise with agents, lenders, solicitors and others to progress files smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies.
• Use the case management system to keep files up to date.

Conveyancer / 5+ PQE / Coventry / GBP 35:45,000 DOE / are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to move firms? This firm in the heart of the country is looking for a new Residential Conveyancer to join their team. Overview

• This is a client facing role that offers the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion while developing strong relationships with a loyal client base.
• The successful candidates main responsibilities will be:
• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Lease extensions.
• New builds and shared ownership
• You will also be expected to conduct client meetings and maintain a high standard of client care throughout the process.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression files.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, SRA regulations, and CQS protocols.
• Use case management systems efficiently to keep files up to date and well:organised.

The Candidate

• Applications are welcomed from qualified licensed conveyancers, solicitors, or legal executives with relevant conveyancing experience.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong client care skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisions while also being a team player.
• Experience using case management systems.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.
