Job description

Residential Conveyancer Northampton (5 PQE +)

A modern regional law firm in Northampton are actively looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join the firm in Q1 2027.

Joining a technology focused law firm, you will work as a fee earner and be responsible for your own caseload (c. 70-100) of conveyancing files. This will cover: sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and remortgages.

The law firm in question provide excellent administrative support to enable its Lawyers to focus on the technical elements of conveyancing.

This is a full time hybrid role - office attendance is only required 1-2 times per week.

Although fee earning there are also management roles available, both in the short and medium term.

The salary range for this role is c. £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience and qualification).

Criteria

Be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 5 PQE
