BCL Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a South Shields position. You will manage a residential caseload from start to finish, handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties with support.

Ideal candidates are experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives, team players who want a head of department role and can work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours and parking.

• Well versed in dealing with residential property files from inception through to post completion
• A desire to act as Head of Department
