The ideal candidate will have strong residential property experience, excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated, able to work autonomously or with a team. Full or part-time options available, with generous holiday and a competitive salary with bonus.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is keen to take a step up
• You will run a small department, whilst managing a caseload of residential matters
• The caseload is varied and manageable
