Residential Conveyancer - Hybrid, Solihull, £30,000 to £55,000

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential property caseload from start to finish, including:

  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing remortgage and equity release matters
  • Dealing with transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
  • Checking and reporting on titles
  • Ensuring matters are progressed smoothly from instruction through to post-completion
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties, maintaining excellent service levels
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members when required
You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced conveyancer with a proven track record of running their own caseload
  • Knowledgeable in both freehold and leasehold transactions
  • A confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Organised, detail-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Someone with local market knowledge of the Solihull and surrounding area (desirable but not essential)
