Current Legal Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE to join a Wiltshire conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload including sales/purchases, remortgages and equity transfers, with strong client care and supervision minimal.

The firm offers hybrid working, free on-site parking, private health care and generous annual leave, plus a supportive admin and post-completions team to help you focus on clients and fee

Qualificações

• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) to match the responsibilities.

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its successful conveyancing team in Wiltshire.

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• General residential conveyancing work

The firm offers an excellent support structure, including a dedicated administration team for file opening and a specialist post-completions team, allowing fee earners to focus on client care and fee earning.
