Job summary

TSR Legal in Herefordshire seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Herefordshire that is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive property team.

The role offers a varied caseload, autonomy, and the opportunity to become part of a close-knit and collaborative team. The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and established client base.

The caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• General residential property work

You will be supported by an experienced team and will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and local referrers.
