TSR Legal in Wiltshire seeks a Conveyancing Assistant to support its Residential Property team in Devizes or Swindon. You will progress property transactions from instruction to completion, providing first-class support and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a legal environment.
• Experience within residential conveyancing (preferred).
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive and positive approach to work.
• Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive support to Residential Conveyancers.
• Opening new files and maintaining accurate client records.
• Preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
• Ordering searches and Land Registry documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to provide transaction updates.
• Preparing files for completion and billing.
• Managing incoming calls, emails and post.
• Assisting with straightforward conveyancing matters where appropriate.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Providing reception support when required.
