G2 Legal Limited in Farnham is seeking a Senior Residential Property Conveyancer to handle leasehold and freehold, sales and purchases, and new builds. Join a small, reputable team with a strong presence in the Thames Valley and a Chambers-listed firm reputation.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years PQE as solicitor, FILEX, or licensed conveyancer, and possess excellent IT and case management skills to support high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE as Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong IT skills and organization.
• Experience with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle Leasehold and Freehold residential properties.
• Manage sales and purchases of residential properties.
• Contribute to New Builds and Plot Sales where applicable.

Position: Senior Residential Property Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities

• Leasehold & Freehold: Handle a mix of residential properties
• Sales & Purchases: Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
• New Builds & Plot Sales: Expertise in new build projects and plot sales is desirable but not essential

Ideal Candidate

• Qualifications: Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4+ years PQE equivalent
• Experience: Proven track record in residential property conveyancing.

Skills

• Excellent IT skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using a Case Management System.
