Eventus Legal Recruitment in Farnham, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy team handling a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. The role is open to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with strong technical knowledge.

• Around three to five years of post qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to conclusion
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedure
• Experience across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
