Job summary

Crystal Care Solutions Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Waking Nights - Residential Children's Worker to join the team on a full-time basis, operating a 5:2 rolling two-week shift system with 35-37.5 hours plus overtime.

You will build positive relationships with young people, support care plans, and promote safeguarding while keeping records and liaising with families and professionals.

Your Role

Required Criteria

• Ability to maintain and develop positive relationships with children, professionals and colleagues
• Ability to act as a positive role model demonstrating honesty and integrityAbility to work shifts including weekend and sleep ins
• Commitment to complete a Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• Ability to commit to shift system which covers all days of the week over a 2 week period
