Candl Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Residential Children's Support Worker in Purley, South London. The role is permanent, paying £13.25–£14.50 per hour, and based in a 2-bed children's residential home (EBD).

You will support young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development, building trusting relationships and encouraging independence. A caring, patient, and team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care or SEMH settings is preferred.
• A caring, patient and resilient approach is essential.
• Strong communication and a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
• The ability to work positively as part of a team.
• Understanding safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines and personal development.
