Ideal candidates will have experience working with vulnerable children, including senior-level experience in a children's residential care home. A NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent is required.
You should be an excellent people manager, capable of leading, inspiring, and motivating staff to ensure exceptional care for children. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone motivated to be part of a team expanding our Residential Service.
