Successful candidates will receive training to achieve Ofsted Registered Manager status while gaining valuable experience in managing children's homes. I am helping them appoint their next batch of future Registered Managers for their homes. These roles are part of a large-scale internal promotion campaign.
The Trainee Registered Manager opportunity offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus a Monthly Paid Occupancy Bonus, and a 12-month bonus of up to 50% of your salary! Additionally, there is fully funded Level 4 and 5 qualification training, and an opportunity to train as a Social Worker or Counsellor in-house, allowing you to change your career pathway.
