You will be calm, patient and able to respond confidently to a range of situations during the night. You will understand the importance of providing reassurance and maintaining a consistent, supportive environment. Ideally, you will hold an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, with some experience in care or education, however we will consider candidates with the right values and willingness to learn. A full driving licence is essential.
