Qualifications

• HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3 in Care (Caring for Children and Young People).
• Social Work Degree is advantageous.
• Active registration with the SSSC and PVG scheme (or eligibility to complete registration immediately).

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and champion the rights, health, and well being of children and young people within a secure residential setting.
• Collaborate on risk assessments and co-design tailored care plans.
• Deliver high-quality group living supervision, managing daily routines and health needs.
• Facilitate structured individual and group programs addressing behavioural challenges and independent living.
• Produce robust documentation and reports while maintaining confidentiality.
