Job summary

Dove Adolescent Services in Yorkshire is recruiting Residential Childcare Support Workers across the region to provide personalised care, structure and meaningful experiences for young people aged 8-18.

This part-time, permanent role offers 20 hours per week with base salaries depending on qualification, opportunities for sleep-in shifts, full training to Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or Level 4 Apprenticeship, a pension, discounts and a Refer-a-Friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not essential — training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts.
• A genuine desire to support and engage with young people.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Contract Type: Part time, permanent

Specific Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary:

• Unqualified: Base salary of £13,734.86 per annum (£26,785.82 FTE), with the potential to earn up to £15,894.86 per annum with sleep in shifts.
• Qualified (full diploma Level 3 qualified or equivalent): Base salary of £14,032.03 per annum (£27,355.29 FTE), with the potential to earn up to £16,192.03 per annum with sleep in shifts.
