Footsteps to Futures Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Care Worker to support daily needs and guide young people toward independence. You will contribute to a safe, nurturing home environment and collaborate with social workers, families, and professionals.

A driving licence is essential. Shifts involve early mornings and sleep-ins on a rota, with commitment to high-quality care and continuous development within the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Care & Support to ensure children feel safe, valued, and empowered.
• Safeguarding: follow procedures and maintain high child protection standards.
• Behaviour Support: use empathy to help manage challenges.
• Building Relationships with social workers, families, and professionals.
• Home & Welfare: keep a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Administrative Duties: assist with care planning, risk assessments, reporting.
• Be a Positive Role Model and inspire young people to reach their potential.
• Sleep ins are required at the home.

Shifts are generally 7am/8am to 11pm with a sleep and so on, on a rota basis. You must be able to adhere to a shift pattern and at least 8 sleeps per month.
