Footsteps To Futures Ltd is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Care Worker in the East Midlands. You will supervise care staff on shifts, lead day-to-day operations, and promote safeguarding while supporting young people to build life skills.

Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People!

Shifts are generally 7am/8am to 11pm with a sleep and so on, on a rota basis. You must be able to adhere to a shift pattern and at least 8 sleeps per month (Mandatory).
