National Star in Ullenwood (Cheltenham) is seeking Care and Support Workers to help students and residents live fulfilling, independent lives. This role combines care, support and learning, including personal care, health support and daily living assistance.

Shifts include early starts and late finishes with weekend work; contracts include 52-week and term-time options. You will join a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with complex needs in residential, education and community

Qualifications

• Good standard of spoken and written English.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities in residential settings and community activities.
• Provide personal care with dignity, privacy and respect.
• Follow individual care plans and record progress accurately.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support learning and daily living.
• Assist with health care and feeding as required.
