Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Strathmore House in Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent. This permanent, full-time role leads the home caring for autistic individuals and those with a learning disability, with responsibility for budgets, quality and compliance.

You will inspire and develop the team to deliver person-centred care, assess care plans, and promote wellbeing, dignity and independence, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or be working towards it).
• Experience leading a home and delivering person-centred care.
• Strong leadership behaviours assessed during interview.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
