Job summary

TipTopJob in the Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent area is seeking a committed Registered Manager for an exceptional residential service. You will lead a team to provide person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, ensuring safety and a home-like environment.

To be considered you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with prior management experience and strong knowledge of regulatory standards. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience in managing services for people with learning disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality care delivery.
