Priory Group in Ramsgate, Kent, seeks a Registered Manager for Rose Farm House to lead a residential home supporting five residents with autism or learning disability. You will oversee budgets, quality, compliance, and delivery of outstanding care, guiding a compassionate team to empower residents.

This permanent, full-time role requires an L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards), strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working towards).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and the ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
