Lifeways Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Registered Manager for Burgess Care, a residential service supporting adults with autism and complex needs. The service houses 20 residents across four houses and one apartment, requiring strong leadership and operational oversight.

You will lead the local leadership team, work with specialist support functions, drive service development and commercial awareness, and ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance across all daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 5 (or working towards) in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• A wealth of experience in people management and Health & Social care.
• A valid UK driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management for the residential setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Lead the local leadership team and oversee team management, performance, and compliance to ensure high-quality care.
