You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care and lead a regional leadership team to drive service improvements.

The role requires a Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care, plus substantial experience in people management within health and social care settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management and health and social care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management for Burgess Care residential services.
• Lead and develop local teams to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
