Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Burgess Care, a residential service for adults with autism and complex learning disabilities in the Leamington Spa area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care and lead a regional leadership team to drive service improvements.

The role requires a Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care, plus substantial experience in people management within health and social care settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven experience in people management and health and social care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management for Burgess Care residential services.
• Lead and develop local teams to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding and quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets, performance targets and service development initiatives.

We are seeking a Registered Manager for Burgess Care. Burgess Care is a residential service providing specialist support for adults with autism and complex learning disabilities. This property supports 20 people and is made up of four houses and one apartment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who wants to make a difference to the lives of the people we support. The role requires a dedicated individual to provide operational management for our residential setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
