Job summary

General Manager for Merlin Court Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group Ltd, leads staff, budgets, stock and regulatory compliance in a luxury elderly care setting. The role requires four years’ experience in a similar care environment and a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.

The GM acts as the main contact for residents, families and external professionals, providing inspiring leadership to the team and prioritising resident safety and comfort while driving

General Manager for Merlin Court Care Home, one of over 100 homes run by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. The role runs the home's staffing, budgets, stock and regulatory compliance while driving recruitment and person-centred care. It is a luxury elderly care setting, with the manager as the main contact for residents, families and external professionals. Four years' experience in a similar care environment and a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent are required.
