Priory in Ramsgate seeks a CQC Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for Rose Farm House. You will oversee budgets, quality and compliance, guiding a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support residents to achieve goals within the community.

You will lead a compassionate team, develop person-centred care plans, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment while collaborating with stakeholders to drive excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent; working towards is acceptable.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
• Prior managerial experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexible, proactive attitude with ability to inspire others.

Description

Rose Farm House is located in Ramsgate, in Kent, on the Thanet coastline. It provides residential support for five people who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to reach their potential and achieve fantastic outcomes that enable them to progress onto their own home in the community.

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

What you'll bring to the role

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance
