Qualifications

• Management experience in elderly/dementia settings.
• IT literate, competent and accurate in record keeping.

• Hands-on practical approach, dynamic and enthusiastic.
• Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
• Level 5 or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall responsibility of the home.
• Manage staff including appraisals and training.
• Administer Budgets and drive business development/marketing.
• Develop and review care plans and hold meetings.
• Maintain strong understanding of CQC KLOEs.

Developing care provider require a Residential Home Manager in the Maidstone, Kent area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager to take ownership of their 30 bed residential home. We are looking for a passionate, flexible, registered manager who has a background in elderly and dementia care. Care provider prides themselves on their family-like, supportive environment and are seeking candidates of an experienced background and those looking for their next challenge. We are open to candidates from a residential home background, or domiciliary care background - as long as you are experienced and confident in managing an elderly / dementia care service, we want to hear from you!
