Job summary

Priory is recruiting a CQC Registered Home Manager for Rose Court in Luton to lead a 11-bed service supporting autistic adults and those with learning disabilities. This full-time role (40 hours per week) combines strong leadership with person-centred care.

You will oversee budgets, quality and regulatory compliance, ensure care plans and records are accurate, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or be working towards).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility with a can-do attitude and ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements (CQC, health & safety).
• Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans for accuracy.
• Develop the team through training, motivation, and support.
• Innovate and continually improve services with person-centred care.
