About the Home:

Situated in Maida Vale in the London Borough of Westminster, Beachcroft House is a modern, homely residential home offering a spacious environment and 24-hour care for older adults.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for our 84-bed Residential Care Home in Maida Vale - Beachcroft House.

Home Manager Package

• Starting Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
• Generous Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality service delivery to residents
• Build and maintain occupancy levels
• Recruit, train, and retain a professional staff team
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, governance, and operational policies
• Manage the home's profit and loss within set budgets
• Promote marketing initiatives to enhance the home's reputation

Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing CQC-rated good care homes, supported by a qualification such as Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
• Compassionate, assertive, and an inspirational leader committed to continuous improvement
• Ability to manage daily operations, motivate staff, and drive business performance
• Experience in implementing strategies to increase occupancy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while leading large teams to meet CQC and client needs
• Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care
