Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an innovative Assistant Manager for a residential home in Bradford. You will support the Registered Homes Manager, lead staff, and ensure exceptional care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The role requires resilience, flexibility and professional care, with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing home environment that supports education, wellbeing and development.

Formación

• Experience caring for children and young people in residential or short breaks settings.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the home.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Registered Homes Manager with leadership for the home.
• Provide exceptional care and experiences for children and young people.
• Manage staff and respond to children and young people needs.
