Job summary

Bradford Children and Families Trust in Thornton, Bradford, is seeking Residential Practitioners to join a warm home housing up to 4 young people aged 8 to 18. You will provide care in a safe, nurturing environment and help children build confidence and life skills.

This role involves shifts, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays on a rota. You will work with a compassionate team dedicated to safeguarding and supporting positive memories and futures for the children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children.
• Provide a loving, safe and positive environment for children.

Responsibilities

• In your role, you will provide care and support in a warm, safe environment.
• You will help young people reach their full potential and foster self-belief.
• Assist with daily activities such as getting ready for the day and homework.

• Support our children's social and emotional needs.
