Job summary

Qualifications

• In-service course in Social Care.
• Preliminary course in Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Physical care tasks including washing, dressing, bathing and feeding clients.
• Social duties such as talking to and motivating clients and assisting with community contact.
• Assist in creating a homely atmosphere to support independence.
• Co-operate with domestic staff to meet clients' personal needs.
• Assist with administration of medication where appropriate.
• Escort clients for appointments or outings as required.
