Hardisty & Co, part of Lomond, is offering a Branch Manager role in Skipton. You will lead a sales team, drive branch profitability and deliver outstanding customer service in residential sales.

This full-time, permanent position offers a base salary of £30,000-£40,000 with on-target earnings of £50,000-£60,000 and access to Lomondlife benefits including discounts, wellbeing, pension and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience running a successful residential sales branch.
• Track record of achieving targets and driving performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Experience in valuations and winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall branch profitability and performance aligned with business goals.
• Grow market share through proactive business development and excellent service.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear objectives and ensure branch and team targets are met.
• Conduct regular reviews, performance discussions and team meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders.
• Win new instructions and support branch growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-selling.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Support delivery of wider business plan and local growth strategy.
