Job summary

Claibon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment blocks and estates in and around Maidstone, Kent. The role is hybrid, with two days per week working from home and office-based in Larkfield.

You will have at least 5 years in residential block management, hold TPI Level 3 (Level 4 preferred), and act as the primary contact for lessees, coordinating maintenance, budget management, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in residential block management.
• TPI Level 3 as a minimum; Level 4 preferred.
• Primary point of contact for portfolio; handle maintenance reports and lessee concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of blocks and estates.
• Manage and write budgets for block properties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and property laws.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and tenant relations.
