Qualifications

• Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification.
• Track record on new build residential projects for main contractor or developer.
• Experience building homes using traditional construction methods.
• Career-focused and driven to succeed.
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS.
• Able to commute to Norwich daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site management of new build residential projects.
• Support project delivery from groundworks to handover.
• Work with site teams to ensure safety and quality.
