Job summary

Konker is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the residential team in South Wales. You will deliver detailed drawings and specifications for large-scale housing schemes, collaborating with national developers and PLCs, and ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.

You will work with a supportive team, including Senior Technologists, and have access to training in Revit and guidance toward MCIAT chartership.

Qualifications

• Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications for large-scale housing schemes.
• Work with national developers on residential projects, including open market and affordable housing.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations.
• Utilise BIM software, ideally Revit, with training provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed working drawing packages and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and technologists throughout RIBA Stages 4–6.
• Engage in planning through technical delivery and project coordination.
