Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Huddersfield is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering residential, refurbishment and high-rise projects across the social housing sector. The role offers hybrid working with a typical three days in the office and two from home.

You will lead design drawings across RIBA Stages 2-6, coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams, and drive high standards of technical delivery using AutoCAD;

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential/refurbishment/high-rise projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential; Revit knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical design drawings across RIBA Stages 2-6.
• Manage residential refurbishment and high-rise projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support training and progression within the design team.
